  1. In a democracy, it must be possible to hold the government to account. This means more than just being able to oust the fuckers at the next election. IMO, Brown (and others) are guilty of culpable negligence with regard to the safety of military personnel.

  2. Agree completely - this labour govt has shown parliamentary democracy and 'the voice of the people' to be a sham. It needs complete reform.
