A GOOD RANT AFTER A FEW DAYS OFF!

[Abraham Lincoln, U.S. President. Seated portr...Image by The Library of Congress via Flickr

The following is a quote from a speech which sums up exactly what is wrong with Britain today after twelve years of Labour misrule and contempt for our civil liberties.

"You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift. You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong. You cannot help the wage earner by pulling down the wage payer. You cannot further the brotherhood of man by encouraging class hatred. You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich. You cannot keep out of trouble by spending more than you earn. You cannot build character and courage by taking away man's initiative and independence. You cannot help men permanently by doing for them what they could and should do for themselves."ABRAHAM LINCOLN

Also as a direct result of the smoking ban, we have the closure of around fifty pubs a week which is going a long way towards helping to destroy our social culture and cohesion, then there's the closure of our rural Post Offices which not only provided a valuable community service but were places where people would meet and chat and exchange views. Well, we can't have people discussing the Government's real agendas, can we?!! As if that wasn't enough, we also have to contend with Labour's disastrous "open borders" immigration policy which is rapidly and intentionally destroying our national identity. And don't let me get started on the inner city ghettos they have created with their "multiculturalism without integration" bollocks, which has all but destroyed our once peaceful Country - yet another failed Labour experiment - or is it precisely what they had planned? Generations of imported Labour voters to keep them in power forever! There is, however, a serious flaw in their thinking, (and I use the word,"think", loosely). What happens when the radical extremist groups within these ghettos gather enough momentum to form their own political parties and take all their votes away from Labour? I don't suppose Labour had actually considered that possibility and I'm sure I will be accused by the usual suspects of being racist and nothing could be further from the truth, but I have no intention of letting them shut me up or allowing them to close down reasonable debate as they normally do with those cries of "racist" of which they are so fond! That all too familiar tactic has worn extremely thin by now and it really is the last refuge of the scoundrels who shout it - so fuck them if they don't like the truth!

Ahhh....that's better! I hadn't meant to get into all of that but sometimes the keyboard just seems to take on a life of its own!

  1. Well said - you need to get those fools out and rebuild Great Britain.

  2. I sometimes think that the closer we get to ridding ourselves of this odious regime, the more polarised our thoughts become on how New Labour have wilfully betrayed us all. Logic it seems, has been turned on it's head for over a decade now, all in the name of political correctness, to pander to a group of "Third Way" Fabians, and their self righteous morality.

What have they achieved? - Bitterness. resentment, a further breakdown in the very fabric of British Society, the loss of the term shame for almost the entire underclass.
The attempted destruction of the very foundation of the term democracy, that our founding fathers introduced upon the Modern World.

These Socialists are tyrants of cowardly intent. Fighting their battles, not in the public glare, but behind the scenes, with their all but in name "War veterans" of the despicable far left.

Our roots have been poisoned with loathsome Socialist doctrine. The term "Racist" has been so overused to describe anyone who dares to voice an opinion other than the official party line, that it's now utterly meaningless.

We're now all "Racists" now, in the mindset of these New Labour cronies, but they're unable to change, as that would mean to admitting that their leftist dogma has been an outright disaster, for the peoples of this Island, that they themselves have purported to represent.

  3. A good rant, you cannae beat it, as is the truth although some political parties try to hide from it but it keeps coming back and biting them on the bum!

Racist and Homophobic are but two words thrown at anyone that dares discuss such matters. I'm sure you can find more words that are thrown at anyone who begs to differ on any given subject.

As for the smoking ban, just don't get me started on that one. Suffice is to say that I'm all for Freedom To Choose (shameless plug) which is all too rapidly dissapearing in Broken Britain.

    Great words from Abe BTW.

  4. Great rant and very accurate, BS.

"which is going a long way towards helping to destroy our social culture and cohesion,"

Deliberate? I think it may well be.

  5. Superb, BS.

Peter Oborne documented Labour's strategy in power, masterminded by Alistair Campbell - it can be summed up by the word "narrative".

They defined their goals, knew that the public would find them unpalatable, so they concocted a narrative - a tale - to sell to the public. Then they plotted a course between goal and narrative and set about achieving their goals unchecked, unseen. When the veil dropped, revealing the truth that must not be told, they elaborated new narratives to fit the perceived reality.

They lied, lied and lied again and they are still lying. Their entire power edifice was built on lies and they cannot extricate themselves from it without the public finding out the sheer scale of their mendacity and the horror of what they'd planned.

Another tool in their toolbox is to turn the tables. As in chess, the best defense is attack - liberally peppered with lies, mirages and smokescreens.

I believe you're right, BS. Most of what they've done has been deliberate.

    What were their ultimate goals?

  7. Funnily enough, most of their imported voters dont and wont vote because they dont believe in democracy and therefore all 3 main parties are 'haram' to vote for. Didn't see that one coming did they?

  8. Hi Spidey:
That was a very GREAT rant, and all of it true!
What wonderful words from Pres. Lincoln, he was from Illinois, you know ;-)

Also, I can't help but see the TOTAL SIMILARITIES with what new Labour and the PC jerks, and all their awful policies, and EXACTLY what has been happening in the US ever since obummer got elected. They both do the Same things! And of course their fav word is "racist"...like you so aptly put "the last refuge of scoundrels".

I hope you have a nice weekend. I know it's hard sometimes, when we are constantly being reminded how our countries are being destroyed, but that's why they invented youtube! ;-) Bunni

  9. Thanks, LSP, I just hope it's not too late.

  10. Totally agree, DAC, the fact that we are all "racists" now only gives us the freedom to say what we want to say - we might as well, there's nothing to be gained by keeping quiet.

  11. I seriously needed that rant for the sake of my blood pressure, TBY!
They really have overused those two words to death and I am no more homophobic than I am racist. I do, however, refuse, if you'll pardon the pun, to have it rammed down my throat on a daily basis. I don't go around every day banging on about being heterosexual but this lot are obsessed by their homosexuality and seem to feel that they have to tell everyone about it. Work that one out, if you'll pardon another pun!

  12. Thanks, OR, good to know I'm not alone in thinking this is a plot.

  13. Thanks, Fausty.
I honestly believe that Browneye's "vision for the future" was a completely selfish vision of a one-party state with him, Almighty Gord, installed as our Country's saviour and universally loved "Dear Leader For Life". How fucking scary is that?!

  14. Thanks for that,WS.
Yours is an extremely appropriate screen name for the times we live in, if I may say so - we ignore Orwell's warning at our peril.

  15. Hi, Bunni:

There is a disturbing and marked similarity between what has been going on in Britain for the last twelve years and the policies that Obastard is trying to implement now. Labour have done the complete opposite of everything mentioned in President Lincoln's speech and that was just for starters. The real sinister side of what they are is now there for all to see - you only need to remember that everything they say is a lie and that they will do the exact opposite of what they tell you.

You have a good weekend, too and, btw, I left an answer to your question over at my You Tube channel.

  16. Top, TOP post. With a superb and timely quote from a truly great leader thrown in for good measure.

No BS from BS as usual. Wonderful.

  18. Great Post!
Gee,America is starting to look a lot like Britain.
We have started smoking bans and we have open borders between two countries which is tremendously hurting the U.S. economy as well. It looks like the U.S. is following in Britain's footsteps. Unfortunately, that is not a good thing. Our freedom is getting sucked out of us every single day and this must stop.

  19. Thanks, Teresa.

If you want to see what Obama will do to America you only need to take a good look at what Labour has done to Britain. You are the next target for the Left's "New World Order".

I hope the Daily mail article was helpful.
