The following three-part video again presents a very level-headed, scientific approach to climate scepticism - not one frothing fanatic in sight!
HAT TIP TO AMUSING BUNNI
CLIMATE SCAM: FROM THEIR OWN MOUTHS
"We need to get some broad based support, to capture the public's imagination... So we have to offer up scary scenarios, make simplified, dramatic statements and make little mention of any doubts... Each of us has to decide what the right balance is between being effective and being honest." - Stephen Schneider, Stanford Professor of Climatology, lead author of many IPCC reports.

"It doesn't matter what is true, it only matters what people believe is true." - Paul Watson, co-founder of Greenpeace.
"Isn't the only hope for the planet that the industrialized civilizations collapse? Isn't it our responsiblity to bring that about?" - Maurice Strong, founder of the UN Environment Programme.
"The only hope for the world is to make sure there is not another United States. We can't let other countries have the same number of cars, the amount of industrialization, we have in the US. We have to stop these Third World countries right where they are." - Michael Oppenheimer, Environmental Defense Fund.
"A total population of 250-300 million people, a 95% decline from present levels, would be ideal." - Ted Turner, founder of CNN and major UN donor.
"Childbearing should be a punishable crime against society, unless the parents hold a government license. All potential parents should be required to use contraceptive chemicals, the government issuing antidotes to citizens chosen for childbearing." - David Brower, first Executive Director of the Sierra Club.

HAT TIP TO FAUSTY
Hi Spider! Great Post, I'm glad you liked the video's. I subscribe to lots of great channels, as do you. They are really putting out some super stuff at the COP15 conference.
ReplyDeleteThose quotes were really eye-opening. I knew they were a bunch of fascist, lying twits, but this is over the top, <span style="">"The extinction of the human species may not only be inevitable but a good thing." - Christopher Manes, Earth First!</span>
Wow, he's a real genius, NOT....who would pay all the taxes to keep these crooked gov'ts and entities running, if they kill us all off?
It seems that all these monolithic, totalitarian institutions thrive on smearing, marginalizing, and defaming dissenters!
<span style="">"It doesn't matter what is true, it only matters what people believe is true." -</span>
<span style=""> Paul Watson, co-founder of Greenpeace.</span>
Liars and Psycho's the lot of them! Thanks for the cool links, and the Hat Tip!.
I found this same link in the comments on a Grauniad article on Wednesday. What amazed me was the sudden transition from Monday to Tuesday. On Monday, the Graun was giving it the big 'un with blow by blow coverage of Co2penhagen. Greenpeace fascists and all (in the comments). Tuesday and Wednesday they were nowhere to be found. Most amusing :) Perhaps they realised they'd been done dry right up the jacksy. Mouthy fuckers!
ReplyDeleteThanks for all of the wonderful information Spidey. The greatest eye opener however were the quotes at the end. There are some very scary people out there. WOW, I've been here for at least 30 minutes. GREAT JOB !
ReplyDeleteThanks, Odie, those quotes would almost be unbelievable if we didn't know how these bastards' minds work and that they came from a reliable source!
ReplyDeleteBit by bit the word is being spread about the whole masterscam - thank God for the internet. ;)
They certainly don't seem as happy or chatty as they were, OR! :-D Shame..... O:-) .
ReplyDelete<span>That was very surprising after the gung ho approach on the run-up to and the first day, CS - then the wheels came off when the "top secret" draft treaty became public. Lord Christopher Monckton had to threaten officials to receive his copy as they didn't want to give it to the sceptics' conference also in Copenhagen this week.
ReplyDeleteLord Monckton was addressing the sceptics' conference on Wednesday when people he later compared to Hitler's Brownshirts disrupted the meeting waving banners and chanting slogans and dogma they don't even understand! That seems like total desperation to me and like shooting both barrels into both feet as well as leaving themselves looking just like the Eco-Nazis they are!
What they hadn't realised was that the mics were uni-directional and as such, they cut out the sound of the chanting and the meeting was able to continue.
It seems Obama is not going to get what he wants - there will be no treaty signed, merely an agreement which will not get through the Senate. Even if he does manage to ram it through, his successor will be able to repeal it!
So much awareness of the hoax now abounds as well as all the other political arguments that <span>"perhaps they realised they'd been done dry right up the jacksy, mouthy fuckers!" is pretty damned spot on the truth!! </span> :-D </span>
Hi, Bunni, you are very welcome - the videos are great, thanks for sending me over there.
ReplyDeleteI've now subscribed to that channel and I'm getting any new updates from RT as well, and the page where that link for more quotes took me is bookmarked - it's all been very revealing - even to a cynical bastard like me! :-D
Very interesting. But will Obama's successor repeal it, Spidie?
ReplyDeleteGreat videos. I've linked to this post, rather than cadging them this time. Must be the time of day!
Great find, Bunni!
ReplyDeleteThe Senate are against it, Guest, and Obama already knows he's lost that battle, so anything he rams through by his own decree will carry very little weight. Both Houses are likely to return to a Republican majority after the mid-terms next year and I think it's fairly safe to predict that Obama will not get more than one term as president - his popularity ratings have plummeted in a very short time and there is nothing he can do to regain it. Americans have seen through him much quicker than many people here saw through Bliar and the ZanuLieBore con!
ReplyDeleteAny Republican successor would repeal an agreement that is detrimental to the American economy and this agreement most definitely will be detrimental. That successor will also want to stop the International Left and the UN from attempting to set up a world government which would produce a dystopian communist/communitarian society and all the human nightmares that brings. >:o
My GOD those are scary quotes..... I have heard bits and pieces of them on the radio, but seeing them in print is making my fucking blood boil. Thanks ALOT for posting that link, I am gonna make good use of them.
ReplyDeleteCheers!
You're welcome, DR, my blood is still boiling - as you say, it's when you actually see them written down and have time to digest them fully that the gravity of what these "people", for want of a better word, are saying!
ReplyDeleteThanks for spreading the word about this, mate. :)

End Run around Congress.
Read this over at Captain Ranty's place, who read it...so it's getting passed around.
ReplyDeleteThose quotes are very chilling, some of them were said many years ago. The NWO is well underway methinks.
TheBigYin
Absolutely, TBY, I watched a video last night which suggests it's been going on since the 1950's!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the link, TS/WS, I've just been watching them - Gore is such a total tosser - no pledge from him, the bastard!
ReplyDeleteAs for the EPA, any incoming Republican president worth his salt would surely repeal that "law" as one of his very first acts. ;)
<span style="color: #ffff00;">"we have to offer up scary scenarios, make simplified, dramatic statements and make little mention of any doubts... "</span>
ReplyDelete<span style="color: #ffff00;">I remember first coming across this phrase some time ago, it is part of what got me intersted in the scam.</span>

Yet another tribe of morons who can't think for themselves and have fallen for the lies and bullshit, mate - a bunch of them did it an American Prosperity meeting and again during Lord Monckton's speech - he simply turned his uni-directional mic in the opposite direction to the robotic chanting and carried on as if they weren't there as the mic was no longer picking them up - they have been called Hitler Youth, Brownshirts and Greenshirts - cages have clearly been rattled. :-D
ReplyDeleteAs to the print appearing yellow, if you copied it directly from the post it will appear in the original colour - it also looks like it carried on when the colour was "set". Although you can't set that colour here it will copy it faithfully. ;)
Outstanding collection of perfidy. WHen it's so obvious--and public--that the leaders of this AGW movement are only using it to control vast amounts of wealth and power, how can there be any "true believers" at all. They've been telling everyone the truth for years. How is it only we "denialists" (see Anthony's post for more on that word) have heard them?
ReplyDeleteI've watched this growing climate hoax for many years now, from its modern beginning until the present time. The links these eco-nuts will go to to return us to the middle ages is amazing. Some are true believers while other seemed to have hitched on to the bandwagon for purely economic reasons such as Al Gore and the green industry CEO's who follow him with hopes of lining their pockets. And then there are the bleeding hearts who feel those of us in the west are responsible for all the worlds problems and see the global warming hoax as a way to pump billions of dollars into poor regions of the world. The science of global warming is a best fuzzy and at worst a out and out fraud. Personally I say fraud, hoax, lie and rape of the treasuries of the western countries. Nice looking blog and I've heard of you site around the blogosphere. Not familiar with this type comment box it is unsually. I don't know if I left a link so I'll put one in here

That quote list is astounding ... but not at all surprising. Alarmist should be the first word in the term AGW.
ReplyDeleteHi, CB, what can I say, in this day and age, it's a disgrace that there are so many dumb fucks on the planet, but then I think to myself - they are only dumb because their respective governments want them to be - all part of the masterplan!
ReplyDeleteThat's why we are always referred to as conspiracy freaks - if what we say wasn't true, they wouldn't protest so much - and we are, unfortunately, part of a dying breed who were taught to think for ourselves. >:o
Thanks, Ron, for the compliment on the blog, I'm glad you like it. This JS-Kit comment system is really starting to take off now and I must say I rather like it as it gives so many different options from text styles to emoticons and images/videos.
ReplyDelete<span>Thanks for the link, too, I'm of the same mind as you - it's a total fraud which results in total control and the lining of corrupt pockets such as Al Gore's! ;) </span>
If libertarians manage to take back the Republican Party by electing libertarian candidates, then possibly.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, McCain seems to be making a come-back. If he represents the current GOP HQ mindset, then I fear it will be more of the same.
Guest was me - I keep forgetting to log in!
McCain is the last thing in the world that they need, Fausty, we might as well have Bush and his master, Cheney, back again! :(
